Distilling fruit distillates is a traditional method of fruit processing. In our grower’s distillery, you can have a high-quality fruit distillate directly made from your own fruit. The distillery is equipped with the most modern technology, based on a modern way of conducting distillation using the latest knowledge in the burning process. The equipment of the distillery is of the highest quality and meets the strictest EU conditions. The main process takes place in a single-boiler device with a multi-stage rectification column with a capacity of 300 l – KPD 300. The whole system allows you to actively control the alcohol content, influence the taste and aromatic properties of the distillates. The entire technology is controlled by professional staff, but also electronically, which prevents any complications. Compliance with hygiene principles is a matter of course in our distillery. After each distillation, the apparatus is washed, i.e. the entire rectification column as well as the boiler itself is cleaned by water pressure. The preparation of fruit kvass is not difficult, but it requires care and adherence to the correct principles. But the final effect is definitely worth the effort.
